Features: A gentle acting insecticidal shampoo for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens containing natural pyrethrins to control fleas (Ctenocephalides spp) and aid in the control of adult brown ticks (Rhipicephalus sanguineus).
Does not control paralysis ticks (Ixodes holocyclus) Pyrethrins are extracted from chrysanthemum flowers and acts as a rapid knockdown contact poison but have a very low toxicity to the animal host.
Piperonyl butoxide increases the effectiveness of pyrethrins.

Usage Guidelines: Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water and apply 10-20 ml of shampoo onto the coat and massage through the coat until a rich lather is obtained. Allow lather to remain on for 5 minutes, rinse off later and dry thoroughly. For aiding tick control, apply a small amount of undiluted shampoo directly to any ticks present after a final rinse. Repeat treatment as required to obtain control. In paralysis tick areas, daily examination of dogs and cats and removal of any ticks is found is desirable.
