Terms of Use 

By accessing Pet Lovers Centre’s website, known as the “Site”, you, known as the “User”, hereby acknowledge that the User has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these policies: 
1) Home Delivery/Online Shopping Terms & Conditions
2) Privacy Policy
3) Repacking Policy

If you do not agree, please discontinue the access to this Site and/or Services immediately.

Pet Lovers Centre and its management hereby express their right to revise, amend, withdraw or make changes to these terms and conditions, and policies, in part or in whole at any time with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals or changes shall be automatically, or immediately effective once they are posted on the Site.

Indemnity
The User shall agree to indemnify and hold Pet Lovers Centre and its employees and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including any statutory liability and 3rdparty liabilities) that made by any third party due to, or arising from the use of the Site and/or Services and/or the User’s breach of the Terms of Use.

ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Product Warranties
With respect to non-exclusive Pet Lovers Centre (PLC) branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, o\r supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.

2. Pricing & Product Information

All pricing stated on our website are inclusive of GST. The prices displayed  on www.petloverscentre.com are meant for online shopping only. The prices of certain products may differ slightly from those charged in Pet Lovers Centre retail stores. Promotions online are not always extended in-stores and vice versa. Whilst all pricing & product information stated are as accurate as possible, PLC reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice. The expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product's life span before it is opened for use.

3. Discounts and Loyalty Points
Subject to the Terms and Conditions of prevailing promotions, applicable membership privileges (i.e. Birthday Discount, Bulk Discount & Loyalty Point) will only be given upon verification of membership status.

  • 5% Daily Savings¹ on regular-priced items and grooming services with minimum spend of $15
  • 15% Birthday Month Savings¹ on regular-priced items and grooming services with minimum spend of $35
  • ¹ Not applicable for sale of live animals and gift vouchers

4. Delivery Service Surcharge
A delivery surcharge of S$10 applies for nett purchases below S$80. Free delivery for nett purchases S$80 and above. No delivery will be made outside mainland Singapore or to post office boxes. A re-delivery surcharge of S$10 will apply after the first failed delivery.

For Initial Orders with $80 & above

In the event that there are any order adjustments and the revised total amount falls under $80, the delivery surcharge of $10 will apply.


5. Modes of Payment
We accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard & AMEX), Google Pay and cash payments.

6. Order Confirmation
Orders made online by the User shall be deemed to be accepted upon the sending of an order summary email by PLC to the user.
For orders made at the retail store(s) for home delivery, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to confirm your order and advise on the delivery lead time. In cases where stocks become unavailable, PLC reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered. If an item is out of stock or substituted, the final amount payable will be adjusted before we make any deductions. If any product was delivered to the customer by mistake, PLC reserves the right to collect the wrong product delivered. 

7. Delivery Lead Time  
The following is only applicable to orders made online. For orders made at the retail store(s) for home delivery, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to confirm your order and advise on the delivery lead time.

Stocks are available for same day or next day delivery, subject to terms & conditions below.

• All items within the order must be of ‘Available’ stock status only
• Orders must be made before 10am on Tuesdays to Fridays, excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays
• Due to limited delivery slots per day, this option will not be available once slots are full

Fees 

• For express orders $80 and above (nett after discounts) = $2.95 
• For express orders under $80 (nett after discounts) = $10 

8. Click & Collect Service ( New ) 

Click & Collect service is now available where orders placed will be delivered from our warehouse to your selected store. We seek your understanding as we refine the experience during this period.

Fees

  • For orders $80 and above (nett after discounts) = Free
  • For orders under $80 (nett after discounts) = $10 (to cover the cost of logistics & delivery to store)

Collection

  • A QR code will be sent via email when your click & collect order has been delivered to the store. Present this QR code to the staff at the retail store to collect your order.
  • You may retrieve the QR code from the Track Orders page by keying your email address and order number.

Stores that support Click & Collect orders

  • All operating stores except iHQ and PLC EXPRESS stores allow you to collect your Click & Collect orders.

9. Order Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of S$10 will apply if you decide to cancel your order.

10. Delivery Time Slots & Policy 

Our delivery timings have been extended for your convenience.

We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery and delivery time slot requested by you in your order at the time of your order checkout. We are however, unable to accede to any request for a specific time of delivery within your selected delivery time slot. 

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

For amendments to Delivery Time Slots and any other order details, please contact us through our Delivery Hotline at least 1 Working Day in advance to your scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, a re-delivery charge of S$10 will apply. 

We are unable to accede to any particular packing requirements for your delivery. We may reuse carton boxes to contain your items for ease of handling during delivery. 

11. Repacking Policy
A service fee of $3.80 per item weighing 5kg & above will apply in the event of a request to repack the items into smaller packets. This will be done in accordance with and acceptance of PLC's Repacking Policy.  All repacked pet food are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. View full details of our Repacking Policy here. 

Vide AVS's advisory notice dated 20 January 2012, for PLC exclusive brands, we maintain a no repacking policy to preserve ultimate freshness for the customer. For brands that are carried nationwide, pet owners have requested for PLC to offer repacking services. We have therefore invested in a sterile facility with an automated repacking equipment for the benefit of these customers. Nonetheless, PLC highly discourages customers to opt for the repacking service, to ensure that the quality of the pet food is preserved.
