What will I get?

Terms & Conditions:
1. Kitten must be less than 12 months of age
2. A fully completed application form and AVS (formerly known as AVA) Licence Certificate (with microchip number indicated on AVS Licence Certificate)
3. If any information is not provided, we reserve the right to reject or delay the application until all information is completely given
4. We will process your application form within 14 working days upon receipt of complete and accurate submission of all required documents
5. PLC reserves the right to change these terms and condition, charge or substitute products without notice

What we need from you:
1. Complete the application form
2. Attach a copy of your "Kitten AVS Licence Certificate"
3. Provide us with the Microchip number indicated on the AVS certificate
