How to Place an Order with Pet Pharmacy?
Follow these simple steps.
Submit your order by filling in the request form. A valid prescription is required for all orders.
Wait for our Customer Care Consultant to reach out to you via email, and send you an order confirmation.
Collect your order at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. You can also have your order delivered to your doorstep (a delivery service surcharge applies).

Important Notes:
What are the methods of payment available?
We accept online payment via Visa/MasterCard or Bank Transfers. Payment must be made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) within 3 days, or the order request will be cancelled. Cash, debit or credit card payments are also available for orders placed for over-the-counter pick-up at Pet Lovers Centre - The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. Please be informed that cash and cheque payments are not accepted for home delivery.
Do I need a valid prescription to make an order?
Yes, a valid vet prescription under the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia guidelines is required. Pharmacist cannot dispense medications without a valid veterinary prescription.
What is the deadline for the self-collection?
Once payment has been successfully completed and verified, you have one month to collect your order at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. Pet Lovers Centre reserves the right to dispose of any unsuccessful collection.
Can I have the order delivered to my home in Singapore if I cannot collect it from The Mall?
Good news. Home delivery service is also available in Singapore with applicable charges. Please refer to the table below for delivery service surcharges.
PLC will contact the Pet Owner on the delivery and charges upon confirmation of the order.
Under the Regulations for bringing personal medications into Singapore please note that the order quantity cannot be more than 3 months' supply.
When the shipment is confirmed, our Pharmacist will provide the customer with a Tracking ID so they can check on the status of the shipment.
Please note the shipping rate below is for reference purposes only. The displayed price is indicative in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and it is prior to any applicable 8% customs declaration taxes.

Not to worry, should any of our goods be unavailable, Pet Lovers Centre will wait for stock availability before delivering it to you.

All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
