Should you need to cancel your pet’s boarding stay, please provide us with written notice 5 weeks in advance so that we can process your refund.

Kindly note, for daycare services, pets not picked up by 7pm will be considered overnight guests and will be charged for an additional night’s stay. Late checkout is subject to an additional daycare rate of $20 (12pm - 3pm) or $50 (3pm - 7pm).

Pet boarding is a service provided by a pet business that gives a safe and comfortable place for a pet to stay while their owners are away. Pampered Pets is a 24/7 boarding facility which provides a supervised environment for your dogs, giving you peace of mind.
De-ticking refers to the removal of fleas and ticks from your pet to prevent transmission of diseases. These diseases can be harmful to your dog. For the safety and wellbeing of other boarded pets, de-ticking must be done if deemed required during our assessment. If there is severe tick infestation present, our veterinarian will advise you to bring them to undergo suitable treatment, medication and grooming. Once these are completed, your pet may be admitted for boarding.
